滿月的時候，人體的腺體分泌會達到高峰，容易令人情緒波動，平日壓抑的、不敢說的、不敢作的，在月圓之夜都可能被引發出來。
歌詞中的主角處於一種無奈又無助的狀態，平時抑壓心裡所想，藉著月圓之夜把情感思緒一併爆發。
